Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

- Returns and exchanges are only offered if an item is damaged or there was a manufacturing error.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Item(s) must also be in original packaging. 
- If an item is damaged or manufactured with error(s) a free replacement or a refund will be offered if contact is made within 14 days of product delivery.
- Get in touch with photos of the damaged item(s) including photos of the package proving delivery to your address.

Items NOT eligible for return:
- Herbs
- Incense / Incense burners
- Health & personal items
- Mortar & pestles
- Candles
- Perfumes/Colognes/Soaps/Waters
- Sale items

- Customer is responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

- Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

- If shipping a return it would be wise to use a traceable shipping service or shipping insurance.
- There is no guarantee that your returned item(s) will reach us.
- Life and random circumstances happen.

Refunds
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

- If approved for a refund, credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
- Refunds are usually applied within 3-10 business days depending on the payment service.
- If you do not receive a refund within that time frame check with your bank/credit card company to confirm status.
